Working together,in a simple and straightforward way.

I work with CEOs, Purchasing and Supply Chain leaders who want concrete outcomes. As a purchasing consultant and supply chain expert, I offer adapted formats: transition mission, consulting or operational supply chain training.

Together, we define the scope, the working rhythm and the success indicators so that everyone knows who is doing what, and by when.

Collaboration framework

  • One key contact on your side, one on mine.
  • A prioritised action plan, updated at each progress review.
  • Simple rituals: weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with clear minutes.
  • Results tracked in your own tools (ERP, Excel, BI).

Who I work with

Most of my work is with industrial SMEs and mid-caps, often in contexts of strong growth, restructuring, or tool modernization.

SME

Industrial SMEs

Manufacturing, assembly, electrical equipment, mechanics... often with small Purchasing teams but significant challenges.

MID

Mid-caps & group divisions

Purchasing / Supply Chain divisions of groups, or autonomous subsidiaries needing to structure and harmonize practices.

CEO

CEOs & CFOs

Executives who want to regain control over purchasing and stocks, with a clear view of gains and risks.

OPS

Purchasing & Supply Chain Managers

Operational managers who need senior support to structure, challenge, and accelerate ongoing projects.

My way of collaborating

The common thread across all engagements: direct talk, little theory, and energy focused on execution and skill transfer to teams.

1

Clarity & straight talk

I say what I see, even if it’s uncomfortable. Observations and recommendations are factual, argued, and transparent.

2

Outcome focus

Every workshop, every decision is linked to a concrete impact: savings, flow reliability, team workload, customer satisfaction.

3

Transfer & autonomy

The goal is for your teams to continue without me: simple tools, steering rituals, and decisions made at the right level.

What does collaboration look like day-to-day?

An engagement can be a flash audit, a 6–12 month support, or an interim Purchasing Director role, but the working framework remains simple.

Before we start
Clarifying scope, objectives, internal constraints and success indicators. Choosing the right format (one-off mission, retainer, longer engagement) and validating the contract.
During the engagement
Regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) with a clear agenda, decisions recorded and an updated action plan. Part of the work is done on site, part remotely depending on the topics.
Closing & handover
Shared review of the results, formalisation of the routines and responsibilities. If needed, a light follow-up can continue to secure the first months.

What I need on your side

Effective collaboration depends as much on my commitment as on yours. Here is what really makes the difference.

When these elements are in place, we can move fast and deliver visible results.

Discuss your project →
  • A clear sponsor (CEO, CFO, Operations Director) who validates key decisions.
  • An available operational referee to coordinate actions and centralize information.
  • Pragmatic access to necessary data (ERP, Excel exports, existing KPIs).
  • A real willingness to evolve practices, not just "observe" problems.

Frequently asked questions about working together

A few straightforward answers to recurring questions before we start working together.

What is the ideal company size for working together?

Mainly industrial SMEs and mid-caps (e.g., €5M–500M turnover), but I can also intervene on a division of a large group.

Do you work only in France or also internationally?

My missions are mainly in France, but travel in Europe is possible if needed. Part of the work is also effectively done remotely.

Do you work in French only or also in English?

Native French, fluent professional English (essential for exchanges with international suppliers or foreign groups).

Can you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

Yes, Purchasing/Supply Chain topics being strategic and sensitive, signing an NDA is possible and common before starting.

How does daily communication work (channels, reactivity)?

We plan formal check-ins (video/in-person) for decisions. The rest of the time, we communicate asynchronously (email, Teams/Slack) with strong responsiveness on both sides.
