What is the minimum mission type to work together?
I prioritize structuring missions: flash audit (a few intense days) or support over several months. I do not offer hourly micro-services, as they generally do not allow for a lasting impact on your purchasing.
Do you have a minimum mission budget?
It all depends on the scope and complexity. For a flash audit, the budget is fixed and flat-rate. For long-term support or Fractional Management, we define a monthly flat rate adapted to the workload and stakes.
Can you intervene remotely only?
It is possible for certain phases (data analysis, follow-up points), but I often recommend an on-site presence at the start or for key workshops. A hybrid approach (on-site + remote) is often the best balance between efficiency and cost.
Is it possible to sign an NDA before going into details?
Yes, this is standard practice. I am used to handling sensitive data (supplier files, margins, industrial strategies). I can provide you with an NDA template or sign yours from the very first exchange.
