How fast can we see results?

First gains ('Quick Wins') are often identified from the first month during the diagnostic. Structural changes generally take 3 to 6 months.

Do you work remotely or only on site?

Field presence is essential at the beginning to understand the reality of your flows. Then, a hybrid mode allows for efficiency while controlling costs.

Which industries do you work with?

Mainly manufacturing industry, electronics, assembly and construction. Where physical flow and supplier management is critical.

How does a first diagnostic work?

It is a short intervention (a few days): analysis of existing data, key team interviews, stock/workshop visits. I then give you a report with quantified improvement axes.

Can you work with our existing purchasing team?

Yes, absolutely. My role is also to upskill your team, bring them tools and method, not to replace them.
