These Terms do not cover contractual services provided as part of an engagement (authenticated client area, consulting services), which are subject to separate contractual terms agreed with each client.

The website is available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of planned or unplanned interruptions, notably for maintenance. The publisher shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the website.
